Our goal is to invest in missionaries, ministries, and organizations in our community and around the world who are doing strategic work with those who need it most. They are reaching the lost, serving the underserved, and changing lives.
Part of our 5-year vision is to be able to give away $1,000,000 a year through Kingdom Builders by 2025. Our 2023 goal of $750k is our next large step towards seeing this vision become a reality.
Our giving above and beyond our tithe allows us to play an absolutely essential role as a Kingdom Builder. We give so that ALL may hear the Good News of Jesus and we believe that God is going to do incredible things through our collective generosity! A breakdown of our Kingdom Builders initiatives can be found below.
Missionary Support – $120k
Sending others to go and make in difference around the world is part of the heartbeat and vision of our church. Venture currently supports over 40 missionaries monthly reaching 24 different countries.
#lovethe760 – $100k
In partnership with local elementary schools other community organizations, we currently provide groceries for 150 families each week. It is also our goal to be able to provide both volunteer efforts and financial support for our many community partners like Seeds of Hope, Hope Leadership Academy, Bridge of Hope, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Young Life, Hattie’s House, Prison Ministries, and more.
Convoy of Hope – $100k
Convoy of Hope has a driving passion to feed the world through children’s feeding initiatives, community outreaches, women’s empowerment, agriculture, and disaster response. $100k will feed 840 children for an entire year.
Mexico Home Builds – $90k
$90k will provide six homes plus basic furnishings for families in need through our partner, Homes For Hope. Our support extends beyond finances, as we will also send 6 teams to build the homes.
Project Rescue – $75k
Project Rescue exists to rescue and restore victims of sexual slavery through the love and power of God. They are currently working in India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Moldova, Tajikistan, Spain, France, Finland, and Belgium.
Uganda – $35k
Our friends, Godwin and Hibu, are doing excellent work in Uganda leading schools and pastoring. Venture will come alongside them to help sponsor kids in their schools and reach their communities for Christ.
The Gateway Project Egypt – $30k
Planting churches and sharing the Gospel by using clean water as a compassion tool to reach 100,000 homes by 2024.
San Diego Rescue Mission – $30k
Changing homelessness in San Diego County one life at a time. Our support of $30k will provide a completely renovated room that will play a major role in transforming the lives of multiple families.
Church Planting – $25k
Venture was a church plant just 9 years ago. It’s been amazing to see God grow the church and reach people for His kingdom. It’s our desire to now be a part of financially supporting another church that will be launching in San Diego County.
Africa’s Hope – $25k
Equipping emerging leaders in Africa in effort to establish a healthy church within walking distance of every African.
Global University Iran – $25k
Global University provides training programs to equip students to plant and grow churches all over Iran. $25k will provide training for 25 students to become pastors who will plant and grow a house church.
Uncaged Romania – $20k
For survivors of sex trafficking, rescue is the beginning. Uncaged brings healing to survivors worldwide through holistic, trauma-informed care that equips survivors to stay free.
Benevolence – $25k
Our desire to minister to those that call Venture their home church extends to temporarily assisting with basic needs during times of hardship or crisis. $25k will allow us to help at least 10 people during a time of their greatest need.
